"My battery died when I went to get off the ferry in Portsmouth. I managed to get to Totton and knew there was an industrial estate at Calmore. I thanked my lucky stars when I saw Best Auto Centres because when I stopped my battery was dead again. My first and last contact was Ben on reception. In between were many other very kind gentlemen who all helped to try and find a replacement battery for a French car. Ben babysat me through my trauma and was so kind and helpful. A battery was eventually found and the whole episode lasted about an hour and a half. I cannot thank them enough for all they did, fitting me in when they were obviously very busy.
